1) The reason why Bradbury put the books burning in the beginning of the book was to get the readers attention. 2) the reason why the books were compared to birds was because they ashes of the books are flying away like birds taking flight. 3) Montag is a fire fighter and Clarisse is a seventeen year old girl who ask questions. 4) No because technology will keep them distant from each other.  5) to introduce Montags confidence with Clarisse's question and with Mildred's overdose. 6) the author introduces Clarisse because to put a rising action towards the main character. 7) the houses are fireproof because so when the fire fighters get there the house doesn't come down on them when they're in there, but can put out the fire from inside. 8) Mildred needs emergency services because she tried killing herself by overdosing. 9) the mechanical hounds are for the people who do not follow the law. 10) the society considers Clarisse anti- social because she doesn't

What my first impression of the poem was that it wasn't really a love song it was a depressing poem what the poem means to me is that no matter what what you do or how much you try to live you will still died no matter how much you try. Many of the poems and story are saying that we should always be afraid of death

1) Montag lives in a society like the idea that people ask questions, and doesnt want them to think for themselves. 2) Clarisse is important  because of the way she approaches things, and makes her different as she asks why things happen and not how.  3) The Hound has been programmed to react to Montag because he gave Beatty the suspicion that he was guilty of owning book
